Godzilla (2014)
60 years ago , when the gigantão Gojira gave his first roar in theaters , the world was very different . While the United States enriched with the results of the second world war , Japan was trying to recover from the effects of the bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki . And seeing characters like Superman and Captain America by increasing success among the youth , was given to the director Ishiro Honda 's responsa on earth produce red sunset a character to match those western engomadinhos .
Mission accomplished . The first Godzilla was so successful , it did not take even two years to win a U.S. adaptation ( a dirty play that was to happen later with such a Power Rangers clones tokusatsus as Jaspion and Changeman ) .
But today things have changed .
Having cash one of the highest GDPs in the world , the Japanese already eat at McDonalds , I love Marvel and lend their largartão welcome to Hollywood . Since I had some time that there was not a big monster turns on Yankee soil , it was time to get back with him there.
Then entering the director Gareth Edwards ( Monsters of bacaninha ) and screenwriters Max Borenstein and Dave Callaham , responsible for making us forget that moneyed bullshit that Roland Emmerich got the late 90s .
With a studded cast of names like Bryan Cranston , Ken Watanabe , Elizabeth Olsen , Aaron Taylor - Johnson and Juliette Binoche , Edwards follows the playbook of success of The Walking Dead and puts the monsters and destruction as the background of the plot , focusing in the dramas of the characters . And therein lies the great problem of long .
Filled with clichés ( such as the number of zombies ) , the script Borenstein Callaham and can only be maintained during the initial 15 minutes , and thanks to the skill lady Binoche and Cranston , that even after showing potential as odd the legendary Walter White in Breaking Bad , is terribly underused here .
Insisting on the idea of " revenge of nature " and false starts , the story is taken from point to point through characters that , on the one hand are quite uninteresting ( like the protagonists Ford and his wife , or the admiral played by David Strathairn ) , at least help the viewer to follow all the tension from the point of view of the population and not a worry in the center monstrões floating camera.
And seeing the creatures down here to impress. Clear that the competent special effects and art direction -evident , but nothing more than the chills sound design , responsible for filling our ears with various details of the scenes and a deafening scream from the famous big monster .
Without repeating one of the biggest mistakes of Emmerich 's Godzilla , Edwards leverages the natural enemies of the huge reptile to deliver one hell of a nerd delight : a sensational pounding of giant monsters in the middle of the city . These hours ( which includes such a scene of paratroopers ) that production is worth the ticket .
Applying an action scene here and there , the director insists too much on Shark effect , holding the most completely the appearance of the giants of history , but to no avail , what people want is to see the crash . And even with it coming just once in the final minutes of the projection, the feeling is that it was worth waiting to watch the final round.
While not a great movie, this Godzilla at least entertains in a way and maybe, who knows a continuation producers learn from Pacific Rim to give up filmmaking head and focus on fun . At least when the subject is huge monsters thrashing in public.

Dengue
Dengue is an infectious tropical disease caused by the dengue virus, an arbovirus of the family Flaviviridae, genus Flavivirus and immunological includes four types: DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3 and DEN-4.1 Symptoms include fever, headache , muscle and joint pains and a characteristic skin rash that is similar to that caused by measles. In a small proportion of cases, the disease can progress to dengue hemorrhagic fever life-threatening, resulting in bleeding, low levels of blood platelets, blood plasma leakage or even lowering blood pressure to dangerously low levels.
Signs and symptoms
Typically, people infected with dengue virus are asymptomatic persons (about 80%) or only have mild symptoms such as a simple fever. Other patients have the disease more serious manner (5%) and a small proportion have a risk of death. The incubation period (time between exposure and onset of symptoms) ranges from 3 to 14 days, but most often it is 4-7 days. Thus, it is suspected that travelers who return from endemic areas have dengue if they have fever, or other characteristic symptoms, which begin to emerge from 14 days after return. Children often present similar symptoms to the common cold and gastroenteritis (vomiting and diarrhea) and 18 have a higher risk of serious complications, although the initial symptoms are usually mild, they include high fever.
Signs and symptoms
